We understand that plans change. If you need to request a refund, you may do so by submitting an email refund request to: [email protected]

Your First and Last Name

Reason for refund request

Please be aware that the AYSO National Player fee of $25 is included in your registration cost and is non-refundable. Requests made 2 weeks prior to the start of the season and after will be charged a $40 refund fee (deducted from your refund). No refunds will be given after the start of the season (starting with picture day or fist game; whichever comes first)
Please allow 2-4 weeks to process the refund. Refund maybe given in form of a check mailed to your billing address.
